C&C Group Plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 85,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of a larger €15 million share buyback program set to continue until January 2025. The transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange with shares bought at prices ranging from 153.00p to 153.80p, resulting in a volume weighted average price of 153.19p. Following this buyback, C&C Group will have 386,370,112 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
