C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 73,209 of its own ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 159.89p on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction is a part of the company’s ongoing buyback program which aims to repurchase shares worth up to €15 million by January 2025. Following this buyback, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for C&C will be 385,666,903.
