C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has actively repurchased 80,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 154.00p to 156.00p, averaging at 155.09p per share, as part of its ongoing €15 million share buyback program set to conclude by January 2025. Following the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 385,835,112. The shares acquired on the London Stock Exchange are slated for cancellation as C&C continues to execute its capital return strategy.
