C&C Group Plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with share prices ranging from 151.80p to 153.20p. These shares will be cancelled as part of the company’s ongoing plan to buy back up to €15 million worth of shares until January 2025. After the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for C&C will be 385,990,112, excluding treasury shares.
