C&C Group Plc has actively engaged in a share buyback program, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares with prices ranging from 151.20p to 153.40p, resulting in an average price of 152.31p per share. This move is part of a larger strategy to buy back shares worth up to €15 million by January 2025. Following these transactions and the cancellation of the acquired shares, C&C Group Plc’s total number of shares in issue will be 386,180,112.
