C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has actively engaged in a share buyback program, purchasing 90,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with individual share prices ranging from 153.00p to 154.20p. The initiative is part of a larger plan to buy back shares worth up to €15 million by January 2025. Following this transaction and the cancellation of the acquired shares, the total number of C&C’s shares in issue will be reduced.
