C&C Group Plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 95,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its €15 million share buyback program. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 156.20p to 158.20p, with the volume weighted average price at 157.28p. Following this transaction, the company’s total issued share count stands at 385,740,112, excluding treasury shares.
