C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 75,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, aiming to cancel the acquired shares. The transactions, part of a larger €15 million buyback plan set to run until January 2025, took place with prices ranging from 152.40p to 153.00p per share. Following the buyback and cancellation, the company will have 385,915,112 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue.
