C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has actively engaged in their stock buyback plan, purchasing 100,000 of their own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 151.20p to 153.40p per share. This step is a part of C&C’s larger buyback program, aiming to reacquire €15 million worth of shares by January 2025. After these transactions and the cancellation of the acquired shares, the company’s total issued ordinary shares will stand at 386,180,112.
