CBRE Group (CBRE) has issued an update.
Gunjan Soni has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective July 15, 2024, and will serve until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. The Board has confirmed her independence according to NYSE and SEC regulations, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest. Soni will be compensated as per the standard non-employee director package and will enter into an indemnification agreement with the company. The company publicly announced her appointment on July 8, 2024.
