CBA Prepares for Strategic Leadership Transition

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (AU:CBA) has released an update.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is set for a reshuffle in its Executive Leadership Team, with announcements of retirements and new appointments. Group Chief Risk Officer Nigel Williams and Group Executive Human Resources Sian Lewis are set to retire in February 2025, succeeded by Andrew Hinchliff and Kiersten Robinson, respectively. Additionally, Sinead Taylor is promoted to Group Executive Institutional Banking and Markets, and Emma Bunnell joins as Chief Operations Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from HSBC UK and the Boston Consulting Group.
