The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has emerged as a substantial holder in Steadfast Group Ltd, with a total voting power of 5.09%. This position was attained on August 29, 2024, following the acquisition of 56,363,926 fully paid ordinary shares. CBA’s substantial holding is due to its voting power in Avanteos Investments Limited and Colonial First State Investments Limited, which exceeds 20%, along with other relevant interests outlined in the Corporations Act 2001.
