Webjet Limited has announced that the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and its related entities have become substantial holders in the company, acquiring a total voting power of 5.06%. This stake comprises 19,789,543 fully paid ordinary shares, obtained through different means such as control over voting rights and disposal of shares in various capacities including as a superannuation trustee and investment manager.
