Clearview Wealth Limited (AU:CVW) has released an update.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has become a substantial holder in Clearview Wealth Limited, with a 5.15% voting power represented by 33,524,718 fully paid ordinary shares. This significant stake was attained through relevant interests associated with Avanteos Investments Limited and Colonial First State Investments Limited, both of which have voting power above 20% in the company.
