Cazoo Group Begins Voluntary Wind-Up Process

Cazoo Group (CZOOF) has released an update.

Cazoo Group Ltd has announced the approval by shareholders to voluntarily wind up the company due to its inability to pay debts, appointing Neema Griffin and David Soden as joint voluntary liquidators. The liquidation process, initiated after an Extraordinary General Meeting, will involve the liquidators taking over the company’s affairs, with the directors resigning. The company also reported the sale of its third-party platform assets and the cancellation of non-exercisable new warrants.
