Cavendish Financial plc has successfully raised £127,000 through a new share offering at 12.75p per share as part of its Co-Investment Plan, designed to allow employees to invest in the company. The shares are subject to a three-year lock-up period but will grant dividends and voting rights. The company also set share price targets that, if met, will entitle participants to additional shares, potentially increasing the firm’s total issued share capital by up to 1.03%.
