Cavendish plc has reported the vesting of awards under its legacy Deferred Bonus Scheme and Short Term Incentive Scheme, originally established by Cenkos Securities and rolled into Cavendish shares following the 2023 merger with finnCap Group. On 8 April 2026, one-third of 2023 awards vested for eligible staff, including Executive Directors, and were settled using shares held in the Cenkos Securities Employee Benefit Trust.

Following vesting and related tax settlements, Co-CEO Julian Morse retained 681,423 shares, taking his holding to 7,921,190 shares, or about 2.05% of issued share capital, after choosing to fund his tax liability personally. CFO Ben Procter retained 235,578 shares from 444,487 vested, with 208,909 shares sold off-market at £0.0875 to meet tax and NIC liabilities, lifting his total holding to 1,832,113 shares, or roughly 0.47% of the company.
