Cathedra Bitcoin Inc. has announced that following a successful business combination with Kungsleden, Inc., its subordinate voting shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on August 6, 2024. The company has also engaged Integral Wealth Securities Limited to serve as a market maker to enhance the liquidity of its shares. Additionally, Cathedra is initiating the process to relist its shares on the OTCQB, with approval expected to follow the TSXV resumption.
