Cathedra Bitcoin Inc. plans to consolidate shares in line with a U.S. exchange listing, conditional on meeting minimum share price requirements and completing a proposed merger with Kungsleden, Inc. The company clarified that a share consolidation up to 150:1 would only occur to satisfy listing criteria and is not guaranteed. Additionally, Cathedra and Kungsleden will host a joint investor presentation to discuss the merger and its benefits for shareholders.
