Cathay Group Holdings Inc., formerly Cathay Media and Education Group Inc., has officially changed its name and stock trading symbols on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange following a special resolution. The changes, effective from 28 June 2024, include a new company logo but will not impact shareholder rights or the company’s operations and financial position. Share certificates with the old name will remain valid, and new shares issued after the change will bear the new name.
