Catenae Innovation Plc, a digital media and technology provider, has conditionally agreed to a £450,000 unsecured convertible loan note arrangement with data analytics firm Klarian, which specializes in the oil and gas sector. The financing, intended to support Klarian’s working capital needs, is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting, with the loan potentially convertible into Klarian shares at a discounted rate. Additionally, Catenae has issued warrants to its broker, Shard Capital Partners LLP, as part of a recent fundraising effort.
