Catena Media ( (SE:CTM) ) has issued an announcement.
Catena has agreed to sell ten Swedish logistics properties to Emilshus for SEK 614 million as part of a strategic reshaping of its portfolio. The assets, located in Halmstad, Trelleborg, Växjö, Ängelholm, and Malmö, comprise 53,100 square metres of lettable area with an annual rental value of about SEK 45 million.
The transaction price is approximately 8 percent above the latest valuation, underlining continued investor demand for logistics assets despite a cautious property market. Catena says the divestment supports its long‑term strategy to optimize its holdings, with possession of the properties transferring to Emilshus on 1 July 2026.
