Catena Media ( (SE:CTM) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Catena has agreed to acquire a modern logistics property adjacent to Helsinki Airport in Aviapolis, Vantaa, for an underlying property value of about SEK 575 million. The asset, completed in 2021 and fully leased to Cramo Finland under a 10-year agreement, provides approximately 23,260 square metres of warehouse, cold storage and office space and is expected to deliver an initial net operating income of SEK 34.5 million, implying a yield of around 6 percent.
