Catapult Group International Ltd has announced the issue of a substantial number of unquoted equity securities as part of their employee incentive scheme. A total of 1,698,409 performance rights will be granted under the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Short-Term Incentive (STI) plans, with issue dates set for July and August 2024. These securities will not be quoted on the ASX, reflecting the company’s strategy to incentivize and retain key employees.
