Catalina Resources Limited has announced promising results from its recent aircore drilling program at the Laverton Project, revealing upgraded gold and rare earth element (REE) targets. Notable findings include gold mineralization in the Barnicoat Shear Zone with samples yielding up to 2.42g/t Au, and high-grade REE mineralization in nearby intrusive rocks, some of which are proximal to the Mt Weld carbonatite REE mine. These initial results have set the stage for follow-up drilling to further delineate the potential of these resources.
