Castor Maritime Inc., a global shipping company, has announced their 2024 Annual General Meeting for shareholders to be held on September 6, 2024, in Limassol, Cyprus. Shareholders as of the July 8, 2024 record date will receive notice and proxy statements around August 6. Additionally, the company is expanding its fleet with the acquisition of a 2015-built Ultramax vessel, expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2024.
