Castelnau Group Limited is set to enhance its financial flexibility by adding 31,863,526 new ordinary shares to the Official List on the London Stock Exchange, effective from 16 May 2024. These shares, to be issued without pre-emptive rights, aim to meet market demand and manage the trading premium over net asset value. The shares will rank equally with existing shares and will be issued at a premium to the latest net asset value.
