Castellum’s Leadership Transition and Stockholders’ Key Decisions

The latest announcement is out from Castellum (CTM).

Mark C. Fuller, CEO of Castellum, Inc., is set to resign on July 1, 2024, with COO Glen Ives taking over the role. During the recent annual stockholders’ meeting, three key proposals were voted on: the election of seven directors, the ratification of RSM US LLP as the independent auditor, and the approval of an amendment to the Stock Incentive Plan which increases the shares reserved for issuance. Each proposal passed with a majority of votes, marking a significant move in the company’s governance and future incentive strategies.
