Cassiar Gold Corp. has successfully completed a $6.8 million private placement to fund its Cassiar Gold Project in British Columbia. The placement included a mix of units and flow-through shares, with the proceeds aimed at exploration expenses and general working capital. The offering also involved finders’ fees and participation by company insiders in accordance with regulatory exemptions.
