Cassiar Gold Kickstarts $2M Funding Round

Margaux Resources (TSE:GLDC) has released an update.

Cassiar Gold Corp. has launched a $2 million insider-led private placement to finance exploration at its Cassiar Gold Project in British Columbia and for general working capital. The offering includes flow through and non-flow through units, each with a common share and a purchase warrant, exercisable within 24 months. Alongside this financial move, the company has announced the appointment of experienced industry professional Jason Shepherd as Senior Investor Relations.
