Cascadia Minerals Secures C$3.2M for Exploration

Cascadia Minerals Ltd (TSE:CAM) has released an update.

Cascadian Minerals Ltd. is excited to announce a successful C$3.2 million funding round, spearheaded by key investor Michael Gentile, who is set to increase his stake to 9.99%. The capital raised will boost the exploration efforts at their Catch property following promising drill results, and also finance the exploration of a new copper-gold porphyry target in British Columbia. The offering, which includes various flow-through shares and warrants, aims to close by June 21, 2024, and will support Canadian critical minerals exploration.
