Cascadia Minerals Ltd. has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising C$893,600 and due to high demand, plans to double the total offering to C$2M. This expansion will fund the company’s Canadian critical minerals exploration and general working capital. The offering includes both flow-through and non-flow-through units, with the proceeds facilitating an early start to drilling activities aimed at capitalizing on the current interest in the junior mining sector.
