Cascade Copper Corp. ( (TSE:CASC) ) has shared an announcement.
Cascade Copper Corp. reported initial assay results from a Q4 2025 field program at its Centrefire Copper and Gold Project in northwestern Ontario, where 13 of 41 rock grab samples have been processed to date. The company says results from the Main Gossan Zone confirm high-grade copper, gold and silver mineralization, including samples grading up to 2.86% copper, 2.84 g/t gold and 29.4 g/t silver, with five samples over 1% copper and four over 1 g/t gold or 10 g/t silver. The mineralization, interpreted as BIF- and VMS-style associated with intense hydrothermal activity, now appears to extend across an area of roughly 1,000 metres by 800 metres, and includes anomalous tungsten in at least one sample. These findings, tied to disrupted magnetic and conductor trends identified in geophysical surveys, bolster the project’s exploration potential and are being incorporated into 3D models to refine targets for an anticipated maiden drill program, potentially advancing Cascade’s position in the regional copper-gold exploration play.
