Cascada Silver Corp. has launched a $1.5 million private placement to fund its copper exploration ventures, general corporate functions, and bolster working capital. The offering includes the sale of common shares and subscription receipts, with Research Capital Corporation acting as the finder. Scheduled to close around May 22, 2024, the offering is contingent on regulatory approvals and will adhere to a four-month statutory hold period.
