Cascada Silver Corp. has successfully passed a resolution at its Special Meeting of Shareholders to issue over 57 million new common shares, a key step following a private placement offering. The company is also advancing its exploration activities with geological work at the Mina Guanaca Copper Property in Chile and plans for an upcoming drill program targeting copper oxide mineralization. Following this, Cascada will shift focus to the Angie Copper-Molybdenum Property for further drill testing.
