Cascada Silver Completes $1.5M Private Placement

Cascada Silver Corp. (TSE:CSS) has released an update.

Cascada Silver Corp. has successfully completed a $1.5 million private placement, aimed at funding exploration activities on its copper projects, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The placement included over 56 million common shares and 57 million subscription receipts, with proceeds of the latter held in escrow pending certain conditions. Directors and officers participated in the offering, which was conducted with exemptions from certain minority security holder protections.
