Cartier Silver Raises $1.8 Million in Private Placement

Cartier Iron (TSE:CFE) has released an update.

Cartier Silver Corporation has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1.8 million through the issuance of 7.2 million units at $0.25 each. The proceeds from this financing are earmarked for exploration activities at the Chorrillos Project in Bolivia and general working capital. The transaction included participation from insiders, which was deemed a related party transaction, but did not require formal valuation or minority shareholder approval due to its size relative to the company’s market capitalization.
