Cartica Acquisition’s Strategic Merger with Nidar and Yotta

An announcement from Cartica Acquisition Corporation Class A (CITE) is now available.

Cartica Acquisition Corp has entered into a Business Combination Agreement with Nidar Infrastructure Limited and Yotta Data and Cloud Limited, paving the way for a series of merger transactions aimed at restructuring share ownership and corporate governance. This strategic move is set to transform Cartica, originally a Cayman Islands entity, into a subsidiary of Nidar, with shareholders of Cartica becoming shareholders of Nidar. The deal, subject to customary closing conditions and shareholder approvals, is designed to enhance value for shareholders and strengthen the market position of the combined entity.
