Carrier Global Corporation has announced the departure of Jurgen Timperman, President of Fire & Security, effective July 1, 2024, following key business sales to Honeywell and Sentinel Capital Partners. Timperman’s exit, characterized as a “mutually agreeable termination” and “early retirement,” will entitle him to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes the vesting of restricted stock units (RSUs), equity grants, a prorated annual bonus for 2024, a retention bonus, as well as medical, transition benefits, and outplacement services for 12 months, in exchange for a commitment to confidentiality and non-competition agreements.
