The latest update is out from Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. ( (TSE:CCDS) ).
Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc., through its PureColo subsidiary, has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the principal business assets of Carbon60’s Saint John, New Brunswick data center for a total consideration of $1.75 million, paid largely in cash at and shortly after closing, subject to adjustments. The planned acquisition, expected to follow a definitive agreement targeted by mid-February 2026 and contingent on due diligence and regulatory approvals, will extend Carrier Connect’s footprint from British Columbia to Atlantic Canada, add a portfolio of long-term customers, and provide a facility with expansion potential, while allowing Carbon60 to remain in the same facilities and sharpen its focus on cloud consulting and managed services across major cloud platforms for Maritime-region clients.
