Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. Chan Francis Ping Kuen as executive director, CFO, Company Secretary, and authorized representative, effective from 1 October 2024. Mr. Chan’s tenure since 2019 has seen him contribute significantly to the company’s growth. Concurrently, Mr. Ng Kin Sun has been appointed to succeed Mr. Chan in the aforementioned roles, bringing over 25 years of financial and secretarial expertise to the position.
