Carnival plc has announced that as of 31 August 2024, the total number of voting rights in the company is 144,806,062. This figure reflects the exclusion of ordinary shares held by Carnival Investments Limited and Carnival Corporation, which do not carry voting rights. Shareholders may use this number as a reference for disclosing changes in their interest in the company, in compliance with the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
