Carnarvon Energy Limited has disclosed a change in Director Robert Black’s interest in the company, reporting an on-market purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares for $192,500.00. Post-transaction, Black holds 1,500,000 unvested performance rights and the newly acquired shares through his directorial and beneficial involvement in Black Magic Enterprises Pty Ltd and the RH Black Super Fund.
