Carmanah Minerals Corp. has set May 8, 2024, as the record date for its 2-for-1 stock split, with shares to trade on a split-adjusted basis from May 7, 2024. After the split, the total number of outstanding shares will approximately double to 46,416,770. Shareholders will automatically receive an additional share for each share they own, and stock options and warrants will be adjusted accordingly.
