Carma Limited ( (AU:CMA) ) has provided an announcement.

Carma Limited reported strong growth for the quarter ended 31 December 2025, with 1,199 vehicles sold, a 66% increase on the prior corresponding period, driven by gains in both retail and wholesale channels. Revenue rose 48% to $27.4 million, gross profit nearly doubled to $2.5 million with a 45% uplift in gross profit per unit, and operational efficiency improved sharply, as average vehicles reconditioned per shift jumped 91%. The company completed a $100 million IPO during the quarter, leaving it with $58.3 million in cash and deposits and additional undrawn bailment finance capacity, which management says will support growth initiatives including its expanding ‘Sell-to Carma’ offering and recently upgraded reconditioning facilities. Carma’s board reports that the use of IPO funds is tracking in line with its prospectus, with spending progressing across marketing, technology, operations and working capital, reinforcing its efforts to consolidate its position in Australia’s pre-owned vehicle market.
