Carlyle Commodities Corp. has finalized the settlement of outstanding debts totaling $190,346 by issuing over 3.8 million common shares to insiders and consultants. The share issuance is part of a related party transaction but is exempt from certain regulatory requirements, and will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
