Carlyle Commodities Expands Through Amalgamation

Carlyle Commodities (TSE:CCC) has released an update.

Carlyle Commodities Corp. has announced an amalgamation with Miramis Mining, which will result in Miramis shareholders owning approximately 28.8% of Carlyle. Additionally, Carlyle has disclosed an option agreement acquisition and a proposed sale of its Newton Project, which will inject cash and equity into the company and is expected to enhance shareholder value.
