Carlyle Commodities Corp (TSE:CCC) has released an update.

Carlyle Commodities Corp. has announced a private placement aiming to raise up to $500,000 by offering 10 million units at $0.05 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a warrant to buy another share at $0.10 within 36 months. The funds raised will support their Newton Project and general corporate purposes, with the offering subject to regulatory and Canadian Securities Exchange approvals.
