Carlyle Commodities Acquires Quesnel Gold Project Stake

Carlyle Commodities Corp. has issued 2 million shares to Divitiae Resources Ltd. as part of an agreement for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Quesnel Gold Project, a promising mining claim in British Columbia. The deal includes an option for Carlyle to buy back part of a royalty for $1 million, highlighting the company’s strategic investment in the region’s mineral resources.
