CareView Communications, Inc. has rolled out its 2024 Stock Incentive Plan, designed to attract, retain, and motivate its top talent and align their interests with those of shareholders. Effective from March 5, 2024, the plan offers a variety of awards, including stock options and restricted stock, and will remain active until 2034, unless terminated earlier. With 30 million shares available for incentives, the plan is administered by the company’s compensation committee, which has full authority over its operation. This strategic move aims to fuel company growth by incentivizing key employees, consultants, and board members through direct equity involvement, bolstering the company’s competitive edge in the market.
